The hotel has a good breakfast with a wide range of choices and the staff was friendly. The room was tidy and the bed was comfortable. The location is convenient, right next to the subway station and shopping mall.
The hotel lacks maintenance. The shower head was leaking and the air conditioner didn't work well. I had to change rooms twice due to the issues. The staff English level was also an issue when trying to communicate my concerns. Additionally, there were no Christmas decorations, making it feel less festive.

Bathrooms are large with all the essentials and some rooms even have a walk-in wardrobe. the breakfast buffet is a great mix of local and international cuisine, and the staff is always friendly and helpful. Great breakfast and friendly staff! During my city break, I enjoyed the breakfast at this hotel, which had a wide variety of choices. the staff was also very friendly and accommodating, which made my stay a little more pleasant. the location was quite convenient too, as it was close to many shops and restaurants.
Outdated rooms and terrible air quality. Unfortunately, the room felt outdated and not very well-maintained.
